Services

Physical Therapy (including Sports Medicine) – Specific treatment plans are designed to improve mobility, strength and function.  They can include exercises, pain management and help with walking which emphasizes safety, and patient/family education.

Occupational Therapy focuses on helping improve motor function and ability to perform tasks of daily living.  Special services include splinting.

Hand Therapy helps patients regain function after injury, surgery or onset of disease. Treatment includes therapeutic exercises and custom splints to prevent further injury.

Speech/Language Therapy (including swallowing) helps persons with communication, language or voice disorders through various techniques to restore and improve function.

Wound Care – Individualized attention from specially trained clinicians to help each patient with slow or non-healing wounds due to illness, injury or disease.

Multidisciplinary Neuro Treatment – Specialized therapy for patients with neurological disorders and injuries, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis.

The Team is composed of multidisciplinary medical professionals including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists and Certified Wound Care Specialists.

Insurance Coverage

Many health plans cover outpatient rehab therapy. Our staff  will work with your insurance provider to pre-certify  therapy sessions.  We accept many major managed care plans, Medicare and Medicaid, Workers’ Compensation and private pay.
